Annual Initiatives

---

There are big events in the battle for the Culture of Life in Waco each year. The pro-life faithful let Planned Parenthood Waco know that they and their allies will never get a pass in this community. With the Girls Scout Cookie Boycott of 2004, we let the nation know.

40 Days for Life
Pro-Life Waco was on board for the first national 40 Days for Life campaign in the fall of 2007. We have settled into an annual spring campaign.  We are looking forward life and souls changing with 40 Days for Life in the spring of 2012!

Nobody's Fool
For 22 years, the business plan of Planned Parenthood has included a summer sex education (promotion) conference call Nobody's Fool. Each, year the pro-life community Central Texas shines the light on this promiscuity-promoting event. In 2004, we launched a Girl Scout Cookie Boycott because of the entanglement of local Girl Scouts with local Planned Parenthood. Child attendance at the event has dwindled from over 500 to less than 100.

Pro-life Booth at HOT Fair
This is the best little pro-life fair booth in Texas. Dozens of volunteers are happy to provided pro-life balloons, literature, video and heart-to-heart discussions.

Komen Race for the Cure
Sadly, the Central Texas Race for the Cure is one of the Komen affiliates that is providing over a half million dollars in grants each year to Planned Parenthood.  We try to shine the light on this outrageous alliance.

Super Bowl Party
Okay, this isn't much of a pro-life initiative. But along with praying and working, pro-lifers should take a little time to party.
