We intend to challenge Planned Parenthood at its facility at 1121 Ross Ave. This is where Planned Parenthood interacts with the vast majority of its clients including all who end up scheduled for abortion at Columbus Avenue.
Some people use the term “clinic” to describe business business locations such as 1121 Ross Avenue. This term is not used here since it would stretch credulity to think of Planned Parenthood as a true health care provider.
With Rise Up at Ross Avenue we will contest Planned Parenthood at its foundation where it counsels for promiscuity, promotes the fiction of healthy contraception, makes money off STDs brought on by promiscuous sex and then sells pregnant women on death for their unborn babies. We seek teams of two people to distribute packets of literature and visit if possible with clients going in and out of the Ross Avenue facility. We hope to eventually have coverage of all 43 hours that the Ross Avenue facility.
There will be two packets--English and Spanish. The flyers in each packet will present health care alternatives to Planned Parenthood, challenge promiscuity promoted by Planned Parenthood, a factsheet on abortion, and an invitation to a life of faith and discipleship in Jesus Christ. We offer this material in the hope of turning women away from promiscuity and abortion. More fundamentally, through Rise Up AT Ross Avenue, we seek we encourage an abundant life in Christ.
