1. Our central goal is to compel BOA nationwide to terminate financial support for Planned Parenthood. This result would deliver a modest financial setback and a huge public image blow to Planned Parenthood, Other corporate donors would be emboldened to follow suit.
2. Additionally, every #ProtestBOA protest sends a powerful message to the broader business community, revealing that supporting Planned Parenthood can become a public relations nightmare.
3. We are the media!  #ProtestBOA is an opportunity to educate the public. We distribute a flyers at each outreach. Education and conversation opportunities are plentiful at a downtown branch with a public sidewalk entrance.

#ProtestBOA invaded BOA Plaza in Charlotte, NC on April 12, 13, 14. The Bank of America Plaza is at the foot of the 60-story Bank of America Tower, which is the home of BOA international headquarters. BOA is 2nd largest bank in the USA. Pro-Life Waco launched #ProtestBOA in September of 2015 because of BOA matching grant donations to the deplorable Planned Parenthood. The #Protest BOA plan was developed in the 224 sq. ft. office of Pro-Life Waco in a small one-story office building. Thanks to a generous donor, John Pisciotta--Director of Pro-Life Waco--flew out to Charlotte to collaborate with Flip Benham (Operation Save America) to protest virtually at the entry to Bank of America headquarters.  This public exposure of the alliance between BOA and PP, using signs, flyers and a PA system, was held from 10 AM to 4 PM each of these 3 days. There was discomfort in the comfortable digs of BOA headquarters.  See the flyer here.
A half dozen pro-lifers from the Charlotte area joined John and Flip. Don't miss Flip's one-minute video clip in the left-hand column of this page. The response was overwhelmingly positive with expressions of appreciation for "being there," inquiries about BOA's support for PP, opportunities to share the Gospel, commitments to complain to BOA management, and an excited proclamation, "I just closed my checking account and told them why."

ProtestABQ (Albuquerque) is on the #ProtestBOA bandwagon. ProtestABQ is led by Fr. Stephen Imbarrato (Priests for Life), Bud Shaver, and Tara Shaver. They delivered their first protest at a BOA branch in Albuquerque on November 12 and continue at least once each week. Other cities are welcome to participate in #ProtestBOA. If you want to add the the momentum, Pro-Life Waco will send you 3 free large (front and back) signs--if you will protest at a local brand at least once a month. You will have so many positive experiences by being out in the PUBLIC SQUARE. I find folks are absolutely shocked that we are defending babies in the womb in Austin and Waco. Bank of America is one of the 38 corporations listed by The Daily Signal (7-21-2015) as a donor to Planned Parenthood at the outset of the scandal over severing and selling fetal baby organs. Pro-Life Waco is leading a campaign to convince national management of Bank of America to completely terminate its financial support for Planned Parenthood. Bank of America includes Planned Parenthood in its 100% match to employees donations. The now-disgraced Planned Parenthood has descended below the KKK and tobacco corporations in merit for public respect. Pro-Life Waco is waging a national campaign, #ProtestBOA, to expose Bank of America's misplaced "philanthropy" and to get BOA to stop. Currently, we deliver #ProtestBOA on Tuesdays in Waco (1100 Valley Mills Dr.) and Thursdays in Austin (515 Congress Ave.).  11-1 p.m. in each location. 1. Call national BOA and urge exclusion of Planned Parenthood from their matching grant program. (800) 218-9946 Call multiple times from different phone numbers. In their voice menu, choose 1 for matching grants program.
2. Visit with or call a local BOA branch manager or upper-level manager about their big Planned Parenthood problem. Do this whether you have an account at BOA or not.
3. Close one or more of your Bank of America accounts. During one #ProtestBOA outreach in Waco, a young lady came out of the branch with a big smile on her face and told us she had closed her accounts--and felt so good about it. We have also seen this in Austin
4. Here is the big one. Deliver a #ProtestBOA in your hometown. Pro-Life Waco will send you 3 large signs and guide you on  “how to” #ProtestBOA.
5. Post and share on Facebook using and searching #ProtestBOA.  Tweet and Re-tweet on Twitter using and searching #ProtestBOA.
