Waco March and Rally for Life
June 24, 2023
This is the one-year anniversary of the fall of Roe v Wade.
We will mobilize for the enormous grassroots challenges ahead.
The Rally will take place at the
beautiful McLennan County Courthouse. WHY A MARCH AND RALLY FOR LIFE IN WACO Pro-lifers may not have understood on June 24, 2022, how difficult our Post-Roe path forward would be. On 2022 election day, November 8, abortion defeated pro-life in all five states where abortion was a direct ballot issue. Today we know the battle to protect innocent pre-born lives will be more intense than when Roe was in place. Because of this reality, Pro-Life Waco is organizing the first Waco March and Rally for Life. With your participation and promotion this will not be the last.
With the historic Waco Suspension Bridge, we have an outstanding point of departure that will bring us to the beautiful, shaded McLennan County Courthouse for the rally. Our goal is to energize active pro-lifers and invite others to answer the call to join the battle. Waco is a great city. However, we have a terrible wound. Planned Parenthood began committing abortions in our community in January of 1994. We continue this local battle with dedication to do our part to make Waco a bright “city on a hill” for Texas and our nation. The pro-life collaboration in Waco has made its powerful mark in battling abortion for three decades. We will proclaim on June 24, 2023, that we will never waver in answering God’s call for life and love in opposition to the evil of abortion. The Waco March and Rally for Life may be the most memorable and impactful event in three decades of supporting God’s precious treasures. Please join by attending and encouraging your relatives and church friends to join the renewal of Waco and Texas commitment to building a Culture of Life. |
