Planned Parenthood in Waco is managed out of Austin and is located in a low-income neighborhood of South Waco. I found a large amount of filthy debris lying around their trash dumpster during Fall 2017 40 Days for Life on Friday October 20, 2017. Additionally, the alley behind Planned Parenthood was not only laden with rubbish but “graced” with a filthy mattress that may have been there for weeks or months. Obviously, the debris has been left by others. However, since Planned Parenthood claims to care deeply about poor families and children, would you not expect them to elevate their neighborhood. It is such a hypocrisy that Planned Parenthood brings down the health and safety level of impoverished community. I complained to a Planned Parenthood employee about their disrespect for their neighbors. While the exchange was highly contentious, the disgraceful mess at the trash dumpster was removed. As I write on October 20 2017, a filthy mattress remains in the alley for children to play on.
